Week by week, we will transmute one of these forces of stress into a force of flow. Every week you will receive:
- 1 lecture to watch
- 1 daily practice to focus on
- 1 recording to listen to every evening (either a hypnosis or a meditation)

Find Your Flow is run in cycles lasting 12 weeks each, with all students completing each week at the same time. The course is designed so that 4 cycles can be run and completed every year.
