Week by week, we will transmute one of these forces of stress into a force of flow. Every week you will receive:

  • 1 lecture to watch
  • 1 daily practice to focus on
  • 1 recording to listen to every evening (either a hypnosis or a meditation)
  • A questions & feedback form giving you the opportunity to ask questions. Your questions will be answered on a weekly group videocall (recorded to play back at your convenience) or directly via email.


Find Your Flow is run in cycles lasting 12 weeks each, with all students completing each week at the same time. The course is designed so that 4 cycles can be run and completed every year.

I use techniques including Peak States Trauma Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and Rapid Transformational Therapy (hypnotherapy).
